Participants are trained physically and mentally for the most common threats to their safety from simple grabs to complex strangulation scenarios. This course is paramount to creating a community of women and girls who know they are worth the fight!  

All skill levels welcome!  Please wear athletic apparel and shoes, bring a water bottle, and leave behind any big jewelry or notion that you are not equipped to be a warrior.  We can't wait to show you just how powerful you really are!  

All participants will be asked to sign a waiver prior to the start of class.  If you are under the age of 18 (or are registering for someone under the age of 18) and will NOT be attending with a parent or guardian, please bring a signed waiver (available here) with you to the course.  Look forward to seeing you on August 29th!
