Get into the heart of SASS Go with our foundational course designed to train women and girls physically and mentally for the most common threats to their safety from simple grabs to complex strangulation scenarios. Harness the strengths of your body, voice and mind while targeting the weaknesses of your assailant.  This course is paramount to creating a community of women and girls who know they are worth the fight!  No prior training is required.
