THE ESSENTIAL GROUNDWORK  2 hours

Women and girls review material from SASS 1 and learn additional physical and mental skills to safeguard them from ground attacks and numerous abduction scenarios.  Ages 15 and up.  All participants under the age of 18 must have a signed waiver to participate.
