Do you have a daughter in middle school?  This course is for her!  She will learn to use her  voice, recognize her own worth, and fight back with physical and mental skills if needed, with precision and determination, to get to safety and help quickly.  In an age and developmentally appropriate way, she will also learn to recognize the signs of unhealthy relationships and the dangers hidden in social media.

All skill levels welcome!  Please wear athletic apparel and shoes, bring a water bottle, and leave behind any big jewelry. We can't wait to show you just how powerful you really are!  

All participants under the age of 18 are asked to bring a signed waiver (available here) with them to the course.  Look forward to seeing you on August 29th!
