THE ESSENTIAL GROUNDWORK  2 hours.  Women and girls review material from SASS 1 and learn additional physical and mental skills to safeguard them from ground attacks and numerous abduction scenarios.  All individuals under 18 must bring a signed waiver to attend.  Please email team@sassgo.org to obtain a copy of the waiver.  Ages 15 and up.
